There are several ways to update or add a threshold for products. However, the simplest method is using the tool straight from the dashboard.
Tap the '...' button on the right of the dashboard
Tap 'Edit inventory thresholds'
Update individual products or the category as a whole (batch edit)
Note that on batch edit, you have the option to update the entire category or all products in the category that don't have a threshold setup yet.
