If a product box does not have the required labeling, you are able to enter inventory manually.  

When adding inventory, tap the 'Enter Manually' link and the scanner will close. First search for your product. If the product is in the database, select it. If the product is not in the database, tap the '+ Add Product' button. 

Fill out the form and submit at least 2 images to support the added product. Once this new product without a barcode has been created you are now able to add the item into your database.
