How do I remove a product (implant, etc) from a patient's record?

If a product was incorrectly used on a patient or an implant failed, you can remove it from their patient record.

Tap the ‘Patients’ button on the navigation bar, tap ‘View Patients.’ Search for the patient.

Once you find the patient you wish to adjust, tap their name to view their record then press 'Products' on the top white tab bar.

Locate the product you wish to remove, and press the '...' button. Once the menu appears, click the 'Remove' option. Confirm you wish to remove this product from the patient's record.

Please note this action does not adjust inventory levels, it only adjusts the patient's record.
