Kubo Inventory scans square codes (QR) and linear barcodes. Valid barcodes are shown below—they all have a string of numbers under the barcode and either proceeded by either a (01) or a '+' sign.

Do not scan Internal use barcodes or UPC codes. These are not valid and cannot be viewed by Kubo Inventory.

Below you can see two examples of implant-related products with valid barcodes on the box. The first has the square QR code and a string of numbers starting with (01) and the next is a linear barcode with a string of numbers below starting with a '+' sign.

Important Note

After a product is scanned you are able to adjust the number of products inside the box. For example, the box typically has 2 membranes but only 1 is left so you may adjust the 2 to 1.

It is important to remember that this is not used for adding multiple products that are similar. If you have 5 implants that are the same size, you need to scan each one individually.
