An iPad/iPhone is used to scan products coming into the practice and after product use. Please make sure any iPad being used in the office has the app downloaded. It is always advisable to make sure you are running the latest operating system (11.0 or higher).

While you may use any iPad/iPhone, you will get the best performance using a newer model. Older models typically do not support iOS 11.0. 

Web Browser

We recommend that you use the Chrome browser. If you prefer to use an alternate support browser, you may use Firefox

Internet Explorer is not supported (read why).
