Products do not need to be set aside physically once they have been reserved. This is because Kubo Inventory uses a concept of thresholds to alert your office when it is time to order products. When the thresholds are set and then met, you will get an alert inside the software as well as an email.
As long as you read the emails or pay attention to the alerts in the blue navigation bar, the software will keep your stock adequate so you never run out of what is needed.
