What Happens If the Patient Cancels and There Is a Reservation?

Learn how reservations automatically cancel incomplete reservations once the appointment date has passed

If the patient cancels or reschedules a procedure and a reservation was in the system, you don't need to do anything. After the reservation date has passed, the reservation will automatically fall off. If, however, you wish to remove the reservation, simply tap the 'View Reserved Inventory' dashboard and remove the reservation manually.ย
